个人简历

徐正一教授长期以来从事植物脱落酸(ABA)信号代谢途径的分子机制与植物抗旱机制的年研究。徐正一教授于2012年获得韩国浦项工科大学(POSTECH)植物分子生物学博士学位(指导教授:韩国科学院院士兼植物顶级期刊Plant Cell编辑, Inhwan Hwang);此后相继在Inhwan Hwang教授的实验室(韩国浦项工科大学)和美国科学院院士兼台湾科学院院士Jen Sheen教授的实验室(美国哈佛医学院遗传学系/Harvard Medical School)从事博士后研究工作。在博士及博士后期间,申请人的主攻方向是解析非生物胁迫下基因转录调控、抗逆激素脱落酸代谢途径的分子机制、以及植物细胞内吞过程中受体 AP-2 complex的作用机制以及它在植物发育过程中的意义,主要发现为(1) 揭示了储存在液泡里的脱落酸葡萄糖酯(ABA-GE)能被AtBG2水解并释放具有活性的ABA。(2) 发现与干旱胁迫响应中的重要转录因子bZIP结合的全新的NAC转录因子,并解析其在干旱胁迫响应中,调控相关基因转录的分子机制。(3)揭示了植物细胞内吞过程中起关键性作用的受体蛋白复合体 (Adaptor Protein Complex-2)调控花器官发育的分子机制。在美国哈佛大学医学院,徐正一教授开发了全新的“单细胞核RNA测序技术”(single-nucleus RNA Sequencing),并利用此项技术在单细胞水平解析植物根部干细胞生态位(root stem cell niche)的能量信号转导系统(energy signaling network)。 教育经历 2003-2007,中国,山东大学,生物技术专业,学士学位 (B.S.) 2007-2012,韩国,浦项工科大学,分子生物学专业,博士学位 (Ph.D.) 研究经历 2012-2013,韩国,浦项工科大学(Pohang University of Science and Technology),博士后 2013-2015,美国,哈佛大学医学院/麻省总医院(Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital),博士后 2015年6月-至今,东北师范大学生命科学学院,教授 发表文章(近5年代表作) 1.
