个人简历

高翔,男,汉族,1982年4月生,博士,副教授,加拿大UBC访问学者。主要从事经济植物重要农艺性状转录调控研究。主持国家重点研发计划子课题一项,国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,吉林省科技厅项目2项。并参与了科技部国际合作项目和国家自然科学基金面上项目多项。获得吉林省科技进步一等奖和二等奖各一项,长春市科技进步一等奖1项。参编教材2部。参与培育了多个花卉新品种,并申请了发明专利4项。 Front. Plant Sci杂志Reviewer Editor,Journal of Experimental Botany等杂志审稿人,国家自然科学基金网评审稿人。 近期开展工作: 经济植物重要农艺性状调控网络解析及其进化意义探究方向 (1)依托课题组长期的研究优势,进一步解析观赏花卉香雪兰花朵多种重要农艺性状的转录调控网络,建立香雪兰瞬时及稳定遗传转化体系。首先,筛选并验证控制除花色苷以外的其他类黄酮物质(如黄酮醇和原花青素)生物合成的转录因子基因,并解析相关的调控网络。其次,筛选与控制香雪兰花香形成相关的挥发性萜类合酶基因表达的转录因子基因的功能。最后,厘清在香雪兰花朵发育过程中控制上述各种次生代谢物质合成的转录调控网络之间的复杂的交互作用关系。 (2)基于香雪兰花色苷转录调控模型研究基础,对比其他被子植物,包括基础双子叶植物(耧斗菜和/荷花),单子叶植物(香雪兰和/蝴蝶兰),核心双子叶植物(大豆和/烟草)。揭示MBW复合物中MYB转录因子在被子植物进化过程中的进化机制。 (3)依托承担的国家科技计划项目国家重点研发计划项目,重点筛选控制大豆和番茄异黄酮、花色苷和原花青素等次生代谢物质合成的MYB和MADS-box等转录因子基因,解析它们参与的转录调控网络。 (4)与加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学(UBC)植物系的Quentin Cronk教授合作,探究花色和花香等花朵性状影响植物传粉者选择行为的分子机制,揭示花色和花香性状的生态和进化意义。 主要科研项目 1.调控重要农艺性状的转录因子的鉴定及功能分析Ⅱ,国家重点研发计划子课题,2016.7-2020.12,80万。 2.调控香雪兰挥发性萜类合成的转录因子克隆及其对萜类合酶基因表达和花香释放的影响,2014.1-2016.12,24万。 Papers: Plant science: 1.
