个人简历

男,双博士,教授,博士生导师。主要从事生理生态学、全球变化生态学和草地生态学研究工作,特别关注全球气候变化条件下草地地下生态学过程和地上/地下信号传导的研究,近期也特别关注农作物和牧草间套作的增产机制的研究。 讲授本科生和国际合作研究生项目课程,承担国家级精品课程《基础生态学》主讲任务。积极参与生科院野外实习研究工作和本科生教学实习工作。近年来已培养国际合作研究生12名,国内硕士研究生10名,毕业博士研究生2名,在读硕士研究生8名,博士研究生8名。 **招生意向和培养教育理念 * 招生:主要招收具有土壤、植物营养、农学、林学和生物学背景的硕士和博士考生,学生要热爱科学、能够有吃苦耐劳的品质,能够专注和专心学业。 * 培养:依据学生的特点和能力水平,同时尊重学生的个人选择,确定适合学生发展的培养方案:准备从事教师职业的学生,按照教师的培养方式和目标培养;准备从事科学研究的学生,按照科研研究方向和培养目标培养;准备从事其他社会工作的学生,按照综合目标培养方案培养。但学生培养的最终目标是:学生通过3-4年的学习,使其在各方面能力得到全面的提高和发展,使学生离开学校时具有良好成就感和满满的自信,有足够能力迎接复杂而快节奏的社会挑战。 共承担国际合作项目3项,国际人才培养计划1项,国际科学研究项目1项,教育部新世纪人才支持计划1项,国家自然科学基金2项,省科技厅项目2项,人力资源和社会保障部项目2项,教育部项目2项,参与973项目2项,国际重大合作项目1项。 发表学术论文63篇,其中SCI论28篇(第一或通信作者SCI论文16篇,12篇超过学科平均影响因子。其中包括发表在Ecological Monographs、Journal of Experimental Botany, Soil Biology & Biochemistry 和Plant and Soil等顶级刊物中的文章);撰写专著1部,参编著作4部;获省科技进步奖一等奖1项,三等奖1项,发明专利2项。 1.学习经历 2004-2007 德国基尔大学(农学博士学位) 2001-2004 中国科学院植物研究所(理学博士学位) 1998-2001 吉林农业大学研究生院(硕士学位) 1994-1998 吉林农业大学资源与环境学院(学士学位) 2.工作经历 2014- 现在 东北师范大学 教授 博士生导师 2007-2013 东北师范大学 副教授 博士生导师 2004-2007 中科院植物研究所 助理研究员 3.海外经历 2017.08 丹麦哥本哈根 2015.10 澳大利亚堪培拉 2014.3-2015.3 美国宾州州立大学根系研究中心 2012,4 日本名古屋,东京 2012-3 阿根廷农业与技术推广研究中心 2011,7- 韩国首尔 2009,9- 2013 德国霍恩海姆大学 (每年3-6个月) 2009, 4月-5月 美国堪萨斯州立大学 2006,5-2006,6 访问美国科罗拉多大学、犹他州立大学和加州大学戴维斯分校, 美国高原草原研究站等 2004,7-2007,7 德国基尔大学 2002,10-2003,1 德国联邦农业中心
