个人简历

教育部第七批“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、国家杰出青年基金获得者。东北师范大学二级教授、膜通道实验室主任。长期从事膜蛋白结构与功能和高通量筛选药物发现研究,在国际上首先建立了水通道基因敲除小鼠模型并进行了大量水通道基因功能的创新性研究;建立了国际领先的基于高通量筛选的中药天然产物化学生物学平台;在氯离子通道小分子药物发现方面做出重要贡献。目前主要研究方向是细胞膜通道基因功能与药物发现、肿瘤细胞和干细胞分化的化学遗传学,心脑血管疾病新分子靶标研究和药物发现。主持了国家杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金、科技部国家重点基础研究发展计划项目(973)课题、美国囊性纤维化基金会药物发现项目等。在SCI杂志上发表研究论文70余篇,影响因子总和超过380,被SCI源期刊引用3500余次。2005年享受国务院政府特殊津贴,2006年入选新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选。主要学习简历(含国内外访学): 1979-1984,白求恩医科大学医学系,本科,获学士学位。 1984-1987,白求恩医科大学基础医学院,研究生,获硕士学位。 1991-1994,白求恩医科大学基础医学院与美国加州大学旧金山医学院(UCSF)联合培养,研究生,获博士学位。 主要工作简历: 1991年1月-1996年1月,美国加州大学旧金山医学院(UCSF),博士后。 1996年1月-2000年10月,美国加州大学旧金山医学院(UCSF),助理研究员。 2000年10月-2001年2月,美国Milagen Inc.生物公司,资深科学家。 2001年2月-2003年3月,美国加州大学旧金山医学院(UCSF),助理教授。 2003年3月-至今,东北师范大学膜通道实验室,主任,教授,博导。
